As good as it gets! We love going to this restaurant, particularly sitting outside at lunchtime with a nice bottle of wine and their wonderful mussels. Methinks not.

What a cute little bakery. 5 star rating . We were staying at the hotel next door so we were given complementary chocolate truffle balls from the bakery. By 6pm or 7 it gets limited. The location on the east side of the plaza next to Sharetea and Tea Bar is a little more lavish and spacious with a little more fancy decor, and it feels newer. We were waited on promptly, and our orders arrived quickly. You have an option of sitting outside where you can see the hustle and bustle of the village Franschhoek or you can be seated inside for a more cozy affair. Share review. Meh. I had two, and based on those - I'm looking forward to trying to try a few million more. They were so good we went the next day to get more :) they taste even better when left in the heat a bit.

Offering a huge variety of breakfast, the Kurcafe has something tasty for everyone: Bavarian Weisswurst and Brezn, warm English breakfast, great selection of serials and, and, and... The location on the westside of the plaza which is not facing the street and is near Gelato Cup and Nu Ice is a little more cozy and definitely deserves the title Cafe - so somebody named them appropriately.
