The BRAT isn’t just about cycling the most beautiful routes in Tennessee, it is also about community and enjoying each other company. We can’t wait to provide our riders with the best week with an assortment of afternoon and evening activities that all will enjoy! Since basecamps are at Tennessee State Parks, there are abundant opportunities to explore on your own! From trails, lakes, golf courses, and more you will have a multitude of options to choose from.
Friday: Arrive to Park (packet pickup and riders meeting)
Saturday: 2 route options (30- mile, 60- mile)
Sunday:2 route options (30- mile, 60- mile)
Monday:3 route options (30-mile, 60-mile, only day with a 100 mile option)
Tuesday: Transition day – 1 route (around 30 miles) (more on the transition day HERE)
Wednesday: 2 routes (will vary between 30-60 miles)
Thursday: 1 route (around 30 miles)

BRAT isn’t just for riders – we offer a variety of guided activities and excursions for non-riders throughout the week. While riders are out on the routes, non-riders can enjoy the parks, explore the area, and take part in ranger-led programs. Each day offers optional activities including:
- Guided Hikes
- Paddling
- Fall Birding Tours
- Local Attractions (Museums, etc.)
- Other Ranger Guided Programs
