Friday, September 11th

Riders are welcome to arrive at David Crockett State Park on Friday, September 11th to camp the night before the ride starts on Saturday, September 12th. On Friday, registration will open at 3PM at the Restaurant at David Crockett State Park, located at 1400 West Gaines Lawrenceburg, TN 38464.

Once you check in, we will direct you to your campsite or to where you can check in to your cabin or other overnight accommodations.

At 6:00 PM on Friday, we will have a brief Riders Meeting to address any questions riders may have and discuss further what you can expect on the route. 

Saturday, September 12th 

If you will be arriving on Saturday, September 12th, please arrive before 6:30 AM and follow the signs for registration at the Restaurant at David Crockett State Park. Breakfast will open at 6:00 AM and the ride will start at 7:00 AM.

If you are arriving after Friday or Saturday, please see the notes below.

Sunday – Monday: Registration will be open at the Restaurant at David Crockett State Park between 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

If you are riding any of the last 3 days, you will need to go straight to our second Basecamp (Cedars of Lebanon).

Monday: Registration will be open at the Assembly Hall at Cedars of Lebanon State Park between  4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Tuesday-Thursday: Registration will be open at the Assembly Hall at Cedars of Lebanon State Park between 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
